Bryce Hall will not be charged for a fight that happened almost a year ago.
The 22-year-old social star was involved in a fight with a restaurant employee in October 2020, but it is yet to be revealed how the matter will be handled now.
According to TMZ, Bryce was vaping at a Mexican food restaurant near LAX when he was asked to stop. Then he blew smoke on the employee’s face and then everything went awry. Only the employee’s wrist had bruises.
TMZ reports that the case was sent to L.A. Sent to the county DA’s office, but then to the city attorney for possible charges. Accordingly, prosecutors think the best way is for Bryce to go to a hearing with the city attorney, where they will inform him what he did wrong and how to handle a situation like this in the future.
Bryce would also have to stay out of trouble for next year or criminal charges could be filed.
