After Kangana Ranaut called Swara Bhaskar and Taapsee Pannu as ‘B-grade actresses’ in an interview, filmmaker Anurag Kashyap came out in defense of Sandha’s Aankhen actress. The director recently spoke about the ‘insider-outsider’ debate in an interview and he spoke openly about Kangana’s recent statements. This did not go well with the actress’ team and sparked a war of words on the micro-blogging site.
One tweet after another started coming in and many revelations were made and the pegs were buried on both sides. Recently, Anurag called a media portal to give coverage to Taimur Ali Khan and Tiger Shroff. To which, Tiger’s mother Ayesha replies and tells Anurag to keep his son away from the controversy of nepotism as he has climbed the ladder of success due to his hard work and ability.
After Ayesha left a message on her tweet, the director apologized and gave an explanation for the same. Seeing this, Kangana Ranaut’s team questioned Anurag whether he would ‘apologize to Kangana or Sushant’s parents’.
The tweet read, “Will @anuragkashyap72 apologise to Kangana’s or Sushant’s parents? No, but he will apologise to Tiger’s parents. Double standards.” Check out the tweet below.
Earlier, Kangana’s team responded to Anurag’s tweet, which featured the acting of the Rani actress in Teeju. The tweet read, “Mr. Kashyap Teju was a children’s film inspired by The BFG. Teju had to be made into a VFX infarct. She was not even a human being. Kangana revealed in one of her interviews that Teju is an alien. She wanted to give it to her Teju’s identity, how desperate you can be !! See it below.
Recently, Kangana’s team called the Mumbai Police to call Karan Johar’s manager and not the filmmaker himself. The CBI is also demanding a probe into the death of actress Sushant Singh Rajput. And he has talked about the same in some of his recent tweets.
