Disha Patani has started shooting for her upcoming film Ek Villain Returns today. The actress will be reuniting with director Mohit Suri after Malang, which also starred Aditya Roy Kapoor.
On the first day of her shoot schedule for Ek Villain Returns, the actress took to her social media to share a picture in the film’s hoodie. Her caption read—”And here we go #ekvillainreturns @mohitsuri @balajimotionpictures.”
After the success of ‘Ek Villain’ with Siddharth Malhotra, Shraddha Kapoor, and Ritesh Deshmukh, filmmaker Mohit Suri is back with the second installment of the film following popular demands from the movie fans. Apart from Disha, the film will feature Tara Sutaria, John Abraham, Arjun Kapoor in the lead roles.
According to reports, the film was earlier titled ‘Do Villain’ and Aditya Roy Kapoor was to act as one of the male leads. However, he left the project due to some reasons.
Going back to Ek Villain Returns’, Mohit had earlier told a publication that the female leads are also playing the role of villains in the film. The film is set to hit theaters on 11 February 2022.
