Netflix released the teaser of the anthology “Ajeeb Daastaans” on their youtube channel. Slated for release on Netflix on April 16, the anthology will let viewers experience the most twisted stories that delve into fractured relationships and unexplored spaces. Collaborating with some of the country’s best talents, Ajeeb Daastaans will showcase four different stories exploring human flaws and feelings such as jealousy, entitlement, prejudices, and toxicity, often entangled at the heart of a relationship. The films raise questions that will leave you in the midst of the dilemma as to what is right and what is wrong as the lines become blurred.
The anthology is produced by Karan Johar’s Dharmatic Entertainment and brings together four directors – Shashank Khaitan, Raj Mehta, Neeraj Ghaywan, and Kayoze Irani. The star cast includes Fatima Sana Shaikh, Jaideep Ahlawat, Nushrratt Bharuccha, Abhishek Banerjee, Inayat Verma, Konkona Sen Sharma, Aditi Rao Hydari, Shefali Shah, Manav Kaul, and Tota Roy Chowdhury.
