Mrighdeep Singh Lamba’s ‘Fukrey’ was a huge success and people really liked the film. Given the great response the film got, the producers went on to give us a sequel, ‘Fukrey Returns’. The sequel was a box office success and received praises from the audience.
After a positive response from the audience, the filmmaker decided to produce the third part for ‘Fukrey’ franchise. Last September, Richa Chadha had posted a clip of a virtual reading session with other members of ‘Fukrey 3.’ Fukrey 3 will star Ali Fazal, Pulkit Samrat, Manjot Singh, and Varun Sharma who also happen to entertain us in the original.
The filmmaker in a recent press statement said, “We were supposed to take it on floors on April 15, but the lockdown disrupted our plans. Now, we will begin shooting by the year-end. We want things to settle down; people should feel safe and mentally ready before going on the set.”
