Delhi High Court Refuses to Stay on the Movie ‘Nyay The Justice’ Insired by Sushant Singh Rajput

A year has passed since Sushant Singh Rajput’s untimely death, but the media and the public are still grieving over the loss and are trying to seek justice. Earlier, there were a few reports of further confusion regarding the release of a movie inspired by his case, called Nyay The Justice, but now all the myths are over as Delhi HC has refused to stay on the film.

Nyay The Justice assisted by Dilip Gulati and produced by Sarla A. Saraogi and Rahul Sharma is all set to be released in theaters once the Covid restrictions are lifted. Advocate Vikas Singh struggled to get the order, but eventually, the movie got a green signal with the release. The film will feature Zuber Khan and Shreya Shukla in the lead role and will also feature veterans such as Asrani, Shakti Kapoor, and Sudha Chandran in key roles.

When asked about the film, producer Rahul Sharma told IANS-

We believed justice would be served through the system and we are very happy with the verdict. We have always mentioned that this film is not being made to ride on the events and make money, but we wanted the truth to come out and justice to be served.

The producers had to turn to digital releases earlier, but now that HC has given them permission to release the film in theaters.
