After putting on a stellar show with his latest release- Shershaah, Sidharth Malhotra is all set to resume his next project titled Mission Majnu, in which he will be seen sharing screen space with Rashmika Mandanna. Ronnie Screwvala and Amar Butala’s Mission Majnu will be produced by – RSVP and Guilty By Association. The filming had to be put on hold due to the pandemic, but now the makers have resumed shooting keeping in mind all the safety precautions.
Directed by Shantanu Bagchi, it will mark the debut of South’s superstar Rashmika Mandanna in the Hindi film industry. She will be seen playing a pivotal role in the upcoming film, which marks the directorial debut of award-winning ad filmmaker Shantanu Bagchi. Sidharth Malhotra will be seen in the role of a RAW agent in this period thriller.
Producer Garima Mehta adds –
After a brief pause, Mission Majnu is back in action with strict protocol and guidelines. In this 15 day schedule we will shoot critical sequences of the film. It’s great to be on set again and the cast and crew is excited to move onwards and upwards towards the successful completion of the film.
