The ‘Halloween Kills’ movie will hopefully be available to watch at home sooner!

Sharing is caring!

The upcoming movie Halloween Kills is going to be available to watch from the comfort of your home earlier than we expected.

Jamie Lee Curtis returns with Judy Greer and Andy Matichak in the sequel to the 2018 Halloween film, which was the highest-grossing installment of the classic horror franchise.

The film will hit the theaters on October 15 and it was just announced that the film will be available to watch same day on the streaming service Peacock.

Universal Pictures previously released The Boss Baby 2 on Peacock on the same day as its theatrical release. That film still grossed $57 million at the domestic box office and $105 million worldwide.

Deadline reports that the film’s stars will be compensated so that the Black Widow situation doesn’t happen. The outlet reported that “creative partners on Halloween Kills are being made whole given the shift in distribution strategy, based on a financial outlook that’s similar to the 2018 movie.”
