Normani is knocking on the VMAs stage, after all!
The “Wild Side” superstar, will perform at the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards in New York City on Sunday (September 9).
The addition to the performance roster comes after weeks of promotion to fans of #LetNormaniPerform, as the singer initially expressed her disappointment for not being booked as a performer.
She previously performed at the VMAs in 2019, where she gave a performance of “Motivation” while taking home the award for Best R&B.
The event will be hosted by Doja Cat on Sunday, September 12 at 8 p.m. live from the Barclays Center. ET/PT.
