Sharing is caring!

Travis Scott was one of the winners at the VMAs this year!

The 30-year-old rapper won the Best Hip-Hop award at the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards at Barclays Center in New York City on Sunday night (September 12).

Travis won the award for his song “Franchise” featuring Young Thug and M.I.A.

During his acceptance speech, Travis gave a shout out to his three-year-old daughter Stormi and then Kylie Jenner, who is pregnant with their second child.

“I first want to thank God, my mom, Stormi,” Travis said. “All the amazing fans out there—I love you all so much. We couldn’t do it without you all.”.

Travis didn’t mention Kylie, but he mentioned love. He said, “Before I go, I just want to tell you all, love is the biggest thing that we could ever hold. Spread love, and everything will be OK. Everybody to your left and to your right is your friends. I love you all so much!”

Kylie showed her support for Travis by taking to Instagram Stories and sharing a photo of herself on the podium with the award.

A source explained why Kylie wasn’t on the show, telling Page Six, “She was never going.”
