The 33-year-old entertainer and her boyfriend, A$AP Rocky, stepped out at the 2021 Met Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City on Monday (Sept. 13).
Rihanna was a trending topic on social media all night as fans waited for her to appear. Many became concerned that she would not show up after hours had gone by without making an appearance. We’re happy to report – he made it!
The annual Costume Institute gala is the fashion world’s equivalent of the Oscars and the event is usually held on the first Monday of May, but was postponed to September 2021 due to the pandemic. This year’s theme is “In America” and next year’s Met Gala will feature a two-part performance, beginning with the second part.
