The first trailer for Paranormal Activity: Next of Kin is here!
Paramount+ and announced its release date on Friday (September 17), giving a first look at the latest installment in the horror franchise.
Although not much is known about the new paranormal activity, the film has been described as a fresh start for the series.
The trailer appears to be teasing a new colonial-era setting mixed with the classic found-footage camera style of the franchise.
Christopher Landon, who wrote four films and also directed the fifth installment, is writing the reboot. The film is directed by William Eubanks, who starred in the 2020 horror film Underwater starring Kristen Stewart.
Paranormal Activity: Next of Kin is set to release and will stream exclusively on Paramount Plus on October 29.
