The Coaches of The Voice kicked off season 21 with an incredible group performance!

New coach Ariana Grande joined Kelly Clarkson for the duet of “Respect”, while John Legend and Blake Shelton teamed up to perform “Hold On, I’m Coming”.

The performance aired during the season premiere on Monday night (20 September).

“happy first episode @NBCTheVoice!!!!!!! and welcome to #TeamAriana the wonderful katie rae, @kkmohler and @vaughnmugol 🤍,” Ariana tweeted after the show aired on the east coast.

She added, “i hope you all loved the first episode. i am so excited for you all to see what’s to come and meet the rest of my team, you have no idea. more tomorrow!”
